	Basic Profile Employee self-service tool that captures life changes, contact information, desired work locations, personal goals and areas of interest.


	Skills Profile Details skills, education, and industry experience using pull down menus and free form fields. Includes specifics on language ability, computer skills, sales experience and more.


	Resume Bank WorkForce-Jobs captures resumes submitted externally to our public site, and those stored internally with each client site. Clients have access to the external resume bank as well as their own internal resumes.


	Job Posting Employers can post job openings on their internal site: current employees can advance their careers and achieve their goals by having first priority over outside candidates. Jobs can also be posted on our external site.


	Skills Match Search for specific skills, abilities, and goals using key words and specific criteria. Search options include "Quick Search" and "Advanced Search" depending on the level of detail desired.


	Scheduler Employees can indicate what days, hours, and shifts they are willing to work. Employers can balance shift requirements and make quick adjustments by matching skills and availability.


	Succession/ Mentoring Planning Employers can develop their future leadership by identifying the best candidates to fill those positions and the employees best suited to mentor them.


	Recruitment Employers can use the WorkForce-Jobs public site to search for exactly the right employee. With the in-house version, Employers demonstrate to candidates that they care about Employee skills and goals, and have a real tool in place to facilitate career advancement.


	Reserve Talent Pool Employers can find candidates from the ranks of former employees and retirees who have critical skills and experience and may have the flexibility to work part-time, job share, or waive benefits.


	Scoring Employers can score candidates to qualify them for promotion or succession/mentoring. This feature is available only by using the Professional Skill Set, which allows employers to set values for work experience, knowledge, and required training.


	Employee Change Notification Employers can send automated email messages when an employee profile status changes from candidate to employee, employee to reserve, or reserve to candidate/employee. Appropriate departments such as IT, Benefits, Facilities, Payroll, and Security are notified immediately.


	AppTracker Recruitment managers use this automated workflow process to prescreen applicants and forward profiles of the most qualified candidates to internal company managers for review. This module is separate from the 10 core modules and integrates with them to provide additional functionality.
